QUALIFICATIONS:    You must be a team player, well organized, accurate, efficient, dependable, exercise courtesy and professionalism, and possess outstanding verbal skills (both in person and on the phone).  You must have the ability to multi-task while providing patients and team members with a superior experience.            

         JOB DESCRIPTION:                        You would have a critical role in our practice.   You are the start and finish to each patient encounter.    Your role will involve timely greeting patients both in the office and on the phone, correctly and efficiently inputting patient information in the Improvis system, verifying and accurately loading and attaching insurance to patients and accounts, correctly inputting treatment plans and effectively communicating these details to patients, efficiently and accurately scheduling appointments for a multi-doctor office, collecting patient responsibilities and previous balances day of service, maintaining provider schedules to meet production goals,  working insurance and collection reports, maintain/prepare/locate records, as well as helping us grow our practice in the community, reach our practice goals, press ganey objectives, and team satisfaction/retention.  You will partner with your Doctor, Assisting and Hygiene team as well as co-partner with those on the other teams to ensure everyone can deliver remarkable care, excellent patient service and superior team work.

    Monday                                 OFF

    Tuesday                                 6:30-3:30pm (1hour lunch)

    Wednesday                            11:15am-8:15pm (1 hour lunch)

    Thursday                                11:15am-8:15pm (1hour lunch)

    Fridays                                   6:30am-5:00pm (1hour lunch)

    Saturdays                               7:30am-2:00pm (1Xper month)
